Transistor coupler: It has high energy conversion efficiency, high voltage resistance, and low input drive capability.
High-speed integrated circuit output coupler: It has receiving elements that provide high-speed integrated optical capabilities at speeds of 1-10 megahertz.
Triac couplers: This type of coupler is primarily used to control AC loads, such as engines and solenoids.
Linear coupler: The structure consists of an infrared LED and an infrared receiving diode, the output of which is a pure current signal. The input current has a linear relationship ratio to the output current, and is a linear output characteristic until the photodiode is not saturated.
Photorelay SSR: Also known as solid-state relay or photoelectric MOSFET, because two MOSFETs are assembled in one output, after the product is turned on, it will be the same as the general MOSFET, showing resistance characteristics.
